Growth Experience Planned for You!
Sunday Evenings at Grace ======================= Are the dark days of winter bringing you down? Are you tired of
cold weather and long nights? If so, then you need a LIFT! The cure
to your winter blues is LIVING IN FELLOWSHIP TOGETHER. As a way to bring different generations together and to also answer the changing
needs of our congregation, the staff have organized family-friendly
Sundays during the Lenten
Season. Beginning 21 February until 28 March, LIFT will
take flight!
The Sunday evening schedule will look as follows:
5:00 - 5:45 pm: Youth
Bell Choir (Bell Room)
A bell choir for junior high and senior high students - no experience
required!
Graceful Arts (Children's Education Area)
Children ages 4 - 5th grade are invited to have a lesson, play a game, and/or
make a craft.
5:45 - 6:15 pm: Grace Family Meal (Fellowship Hall)
A time of fellowhip for anyone wishing to share a
meal with their church family.
6:15 - 7:00 pm: Children's Choir (Children's Music Room)
The children will be working on a song for the Easter Sunday Service.
Adult Bible Study (Fellowship Hall)
Pastor
Steve will lead a Lenten Study on the "Three Simple Rules."
6:15 - 8:00 pm: Junior/Senior High Youth Group (Youth Room)
7:00 - 8:00 pm: "New" Adult
Bell Choir (Bell Room)
For any adult who has always wanted to become a "ding-a-ling"
- no experience required! If you want to give bell choir a try and have
some fun in the process, you are welcome to try it out.
8:00 - 9:00 pm: Chamber Ensemble Rehearsal
(Sanctuary)
If you already play a musical
instrument and are interested in playing with this ensemble
during worship, please contact Jacque Hunt for more information.
Childcare will be provided during all the above activities. Everyone can use a LIFT, so let's LIFT
eachother up during this Lenten season. See you Sunday, 21 February!

| HAITI |
United Methodists have had a long-standing relationship with Haiti
through the Methodist Church of Haiti. The strong ties between the
Methodist Church of Haiti and The United Methodist Committee on Relief
(UMCOR) helped in facilitating the opening of the UMCOR Haiti field
office in 2005. 100 percent of Advance gifts made will go to support
relief and development efforts due to emergencies in Haiti.
Responding To The Need...
Haiti needs help. If you can assist... make a check out to GRACE UMC. In the memo section put, UMCOR Advance #418325-Haiti.
